Shipping and Return policy

Dispatch

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 can be expected the next day! The prices listed are excluding shipping costs. Free when picking up the order on location.

Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The standard cost for returning bicycles is €49.50 per bicycle. Discounted items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For FLEXBIKES, there must be no visible signs of use.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
