It depends where you are. Orders processed in the Netherlands will take 1 - 3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take 7 - 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I exchange the Flexbike?
Yes! You can return your Flexbike within 14 days, provided there are no signs of use and the Flexbike is returned in its original condition. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Sale items cannot be returned.
How long does it take to charge?
It takes 4-8 hours to fully charge the battery. After that, you can drive up to 70 km before you need to charge again.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
No, wearing a helmet while riding the Flexbike is not mandatory. However, it is recommended for safety.
Do I need a driver's license?
No, you do not need a driver's license to drive the Flexbike.
Do I need to insure my Flexbike?
This is not mandatory, but we do recommend it. This can be done through various parties.
Can I remove the battery?
Yes, you can definitely do that, and we recommend it when you are not using your bike. This will help prevent the battery from getting lost or stolen.
